We ship TOTALLY FREE Australia wide.
If you need to make a change to your shipping address reach out to our support team at hello@pawlane.com.au with your order number and the email address used when placing the order and we'll do everything we can to assist. If your order has been shipped already though changes to the address cannot be made.
Please allow approximately 3-5 business days processing time prior to order dispatch. Orders are shipped out Monday to Friday directly from our domestic and international warehouses and we do everything we can to get your order to you as fast as possible! Please allow approximately 14 business days for your order to arrive due to distance and customs clearance.
If you need to make a change to your order, reach out to our support team as soon as possible at hello@pawlane.com.au and we'll do everything we can to assist with the change. If your order has commenced production or has already been shipped, unfortunately changes won't be possible.
Unfortunately no, we ship our products from domestic and international dispatch centres and therefore we don't have a store front for you to pop into. This ensures we keep our overheads low and can offer the best prices on our range of products.
Once your order starts it's journey you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can eagerly monitor it's progress as it makes it's way to you.
Be sure to check out the corresponding size chart for the item you are looking to purchase. There are instructions on how and where exactly to measure your pet. All our products have their own sizing dimensions so be sure to double check sizes for each individual item. Just remember, that depending on breed/type our pets come in a unique range of shapes and sizes (just like us humans) and measuring for a comfy fit is super important.
Please measure your pet (and then double check those measurements!!) ensuring that you follow the corresponding size guide for the product you are ordering. All of our products have different size guides so if your pet is say a medium in one product, that doesn't necessarily mean they will be a medium in another style. We don't offer exchanges for wrong choice of sizing. If you have any issues once you receive your order though reach out to our support team.
We recommend treating your products in the same way you would treat some of your own delicate items. The best way to wash products is to roll those sleeves up and give them a gentle hand wash with cold water and detergent. Never use bleach or tumble dryers on your items either. Let your products dry flat and out of direct sun. Take care with buckles and any products with embellishments and shiny hardware, you don't want scratches and missing rhinestones!
There may be some shipping delays due to Covid and reduced services however these delays are in the hands of our shipping partners. Unfortunately this is out of our control however once your order has been dispatched you will be sent a tracking number so you can monitor it's whereabouts as it makes it's way to you.
