Personalisation Guide

All of our engraving is done with digital lasers to ensure superior accuracy and a perfect final result.

Laser engraving is a process that vaporises materials into fumes to engrave permanent, deep marks. The laser beam acts as a chisel, incising marks by removing layers from the surface of the material. The laser hits localised areas with massive levels of energy to generate the high heat required for vaporisation.

Depending on the material being engraved, the final colour result of engraving can vary, sometimes it can be light/dark grey and also brown.

Our embroidery products are also produced digitally with commercial grade embroidery machines.

All text entered in the product personalisation fields is exactly what is engraved, printed or embroidered on the final products. Be sure to enter the exact format you want, including any spaces or -'s, capital letters or lower case letters that you want in the final product. If you want your pets name all in capital letters, make sure you enter them and if you want your mobile number engraved with spaces, don't forget to enter the exact format, including the spaces!
